Show dialog by call state

These settings allow you to display the PhoneDialog automatically in pop-up mode when it is invisible or hidden at the time of the call.

Specify whether the popup mode is to be activated for incoming and/or outgoing calls.

Specify whether the pop-up mode after the end of a call to be automatically closed again (reset the stack mode).

Automatic closing of popup mode is prevented:

  • if more calls are still active.
  • as long as the mouse pointer is within the PhoneDialog.
  • when the PhoneDialog was displayed in popup mode before the call event.
Show dialog by global hotkey

This global hotkey can be used to display the PhoneDialog in popup mode.

Also use it to close: Select this option to close the popup mode by hotkey. Here the PhoneDialog is resetted to the stack mode.


Dialog view in stack mode

Determines the "dialoge view" (Small, Standard or Phone), which is used in stack mode. The stack-mode means that the PhoneDialog in the main window is embedded (in the PhoneStack).

Determines the "dialoge view" (Small, Standard or Phone), which is used in popup mode.

General Settings

Show dialpad: Allows you to hide/show the dial pad in the "standard" dialog view. In the dialog view "Phone" it is displayed permanently. In the dialog view "Small" it is not available.

View Audio Slider: Allows you to show/hide the audio controls for microphone and speakers/headset. If a TAPI device, which supports audio-control (eg softphone), is assigned to the PhoneDialog, this option will be activated automatically.

Automatically expand the width of the input line: When entering a long number the width of the input line is automatically expanded so that the number will be displayed in full. The "extended width" is automatically reduced to the standard width when a shorter number is entered. The default width of the input line can be adjusted by splitters.

The "automatically expand" and the splitter between input line and contact information are only effective when input line and contact information are located in a line next to each other.

Show contact folder name for calls: If there is an active call in the PhoneDialog, and this is associated with a contact, the phonebook folder name appears in the upper display info line.

CallTabs

Number of Tabs: Determines how many CallTabs (1-10) are permanently visible, even if they are not engaged in a call or contact. If, in addition CallTabs required to display calls, they will be automatically added and removed again after the call has ended.

Tab width: Determines the default width of the CallTabs. If there are not enough space to display all CallTabs in this latitude, they are automatically resized.

Show contact information on Tab: With this option you can specify whether contact information such as name and company or the phone number are displayed on the tabs. In "two-line" view mode, the name and company are each displayed on a separate line.

Advanced display view

The "Extended Display View" allows to display call and contact information more clearly and completely.More infos...

Call information: Determines how many lines (1-4) are used to display call information.

Contact Information: Determines how many lines (1-6) are used to display contact information. If possible, the name and company are each displayed on a separate line. The column content typing (name/company) takes place via the column properties of the phone book folder.

Color Settings

You can customize the colors or gradients for display and dialog background. The foreground color for the display is automatically set based on the background color.

Font Sizes

The font size for the display of the phone number (input line) and the contact information can be customized. In dialog "Font size", you can assign the corresponding element (eg PhoneDlg.Edit for the input line) the desired font size.

The set font sizes apply to all PhoneDialogs.
