Supported Functions

Limitations
  • The actions dial, hangup and answer using a timer trigger with a minimum value of one second. Thus, the actions are a little bit sluggish.
  • Only the ActionURL events "incoming" and "connected" are reported with the parameter "pnum=number".
  • There is no ActionURL indicating an outgoing call.
  • After dialing, there will be no ActionURL indicating if the destination party is ringing. Therefore no "ringing" can be signaled in the CTI Client.
  • If you dial manually and then picking up the handset, the first ActionURL arrives with "connected".
  • If dialing manually, no phone number will be reported during connection setup.
  • Then dialing an external number, a "connected" event may be signalized instead of "ringback".
  • For MakeCall you can not specify a line. So MakeCall will always use the default line from the phone.
  • The phone always seems to reset to "Line1" for MakeCall.
  • A second waiting call is not reported.
  • An consultation call is reported with "MakeCall" and "connected". Here it can come in the meantime to a wrong indication.
  • To hold a call is only possible manually on the phone. However, the phone sends a "disconnected". With Unhold however no "connected" comes.
  • After the end of the conversation, the error message "0102" appears briefly in the telephone display. This is caused by the CTI Client because no other way was found to restore the default idle screen.
